Our programs

2's Toddler & Me Program

First launched in 2004, Toddler & Me Program is the one of the only programs for 2-year-olds in our area. The Toddler & Me Program is designed to provide emphasis on assisting children with their first group experience with the support of a parent or caregiver. Parents not only have the opportunity to make connections with other families, but to also see their young child in a structured,
​​school-like environment with their peers. Parents also benefit from the guidance of a professional early childhood educator. Each class has a maximum of 8 student participants, each with a parent/caregiver. Parents of multiple children have the option of either having one parent/caregiver attend per child or just one parent/caregiver total. The classes are designed and led by our highly qualified teacher who has years of early childhood/elementary experience.

Day/time: Wednesday,12:30 pm to 2:30 pm

Requirements:
Children must be 22 months of age by September 30th.
• A parent, adult family member or designated caregiver must attend with the child.
​• Children need not be toilet trained.
• Provide a healthy snack, tidy the classroom and assist the teacher on a rotating basis.
• Families enrolling multiple children in the same class will serve as parent helper twice as often,
  but will only perform a total of one Parent Project.

3's Program


As children adjust to the three-year-old preschool experience, a major focus is on fostering developmental milestones.
Literature, seasonal themes, scientific exploration, art, cooperative play, and development of oral communication are all emphasized.
This class has a maximum of 12 students. Classes are developed and taught by our highly qualified teacher who has over 35 years
of preschool teaching experience, and is assisted by at least one
parent helper.

Day/time: Tuesday and Thursday, 9 am to 11:30 am

Requirements:
• Children must be at least three years old by September 30th.
• Children must be fully toilet trained.
• A parent or adult caregiver must be available to periodically attend class to assist the teacher.
• Provide a healthy snack for the class and tidy the classroom when assisting teacher.

• Parents are required to complete two Parent Projects per year.

• Families enrolling multiple children in the same class will serve as parent helper twice as often,  
  but will only perform a total of two Parent Projects.


2017-18 tuition: $1130

3/4/5's Multi-Age


This multi-age level class offers an opportunity for children of different ages to learn and work together. During free play time,
the teacher will provide unique learning opportunities targeted at each age group. These will encompass literature, seasonal themes, scientific exploration, art, cooperative play, and oral communication development. This class has a maximum of 12 students.
Classes are developed and taught by our highly qualified teacher who has over 35 years of preschool teaching experience, 
and is assisted by at least one parent helper. 

Day/time: Monday, Wednesday and Friday,  9 am to 11:30 am

Requirements:
• Children must be at least three years old by August 15th.
• Children must be fully toilet trained.
• A parent or adult caregiver must be available to periodically attend class to assist the teacher.
​• Provide a healthy snack for the class and tidy the classroom when assisting teacher.
​​• Parents are required to complete two Parent Projects per year. 

• Families enrolling multiple children in the same class will serve as parent helper twice as often,   
  but will only perform a total of two Parent Projects.


2017-18 tuition: $1585

4/5's Program


While some children are experiencing preschool for the first time, others in this class have previously attended the GPCP or another preschool. An emphasis on reading and math readiness is an ongoing component of the 4/5-Year-Old program. This is facilitated through literature, seasonal themes, scientific exploration, art, cooperative play, and oral communication development. Each class
​has a maximum of 14 students. Classes are developed and taught by our highly qualified teacher who has over 35 years of preschool teaching experience, and is assisted by at least one parent helper. 


Day/time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 12:30 pm to 3 pm

Requirements: 
• Children must be at least four years old by September 30th.
• Children must be fully toilet trained.
• A parent or adult caregiver must be available to periodically attend class to assist the teacher.
​• Provide a healthy snack for the class and tidy the classroom when assisting teacher.
​​• Parents are required to complete two Parent Projects per year. 

• Families enrolling multiple children in the same class will serve as parent helper twice as often,
