Application Form:
To apply for available openings for the 2009-2010 school year, please download the Application Form (available on-line in PDF form). Please contact the Enrollment Coordinator to find out about available openings, or if you would like to have a copy of the application mailed to you. Please note that applications must be mailed (PO Box 292, Granville, OH 43023) and accompanied by a non-refundable application fee as stated on the Application Form. Applications for the 2010-2011 School Year will be made available in February, and are to be returned postmarked by March 1st.
Requirements:
Children entering the Co-op must meet the age requirement by September 30th of that school year. Visit Tuition for tuition information for the 2009-2010 School Year and payment options and schedules. Please refer to each class page for requirements specific to each class:
